What is ESL?

(ESL) Electronic Shelf Labeling System is an electronic display device that can be placed on shelves and replaces traditional paper price tags. Each electronic shelf label is connected to a computer database via a wireless network and displays updated information on the screen. Automated ESL systems help retailers reduce labor costs and improve efficiency and customer experience.

The ESL system including 3 necessary parts: price label, base station, software.

How does the ESL system work?

The electronic shelf label system processes data from the label information system through a computer and transmits the data to a base station using TCP/IP protocol (wireless network support); the base station can receive the refreshed data sent by the computer through wired/wifi via RF wireless signals and transmit the information to the ESL to display the new content, enabling real-time updating of product information.

2. What size ESL do you have?

3. What is display template?
Template defines what information will be displayed on the ESL screen and how.
Usually the information display is commodity name, price, origin, bar code, etc.
4. Template can be customized?
No need to customize. It is visual to edit the template, just similar to drawing and writing on blank paper. With our software, everyone is the designer.
5. If I buy samples for test, what should I pay attention to?
There are two options for your reference.

• a. Basic type: 1*base stations +several ESL tags+Cloud Platform
• b. Standard one: 1 demo kit box ( ESL tags+base stations+Cloud Platform+Mounting kits.)

*Please note that Our ESL tags can only work with our base stations and Cloud Platform.
6. How to purchase ESL?
